From the age of 1 year old, to 3 years and in some cases 5 years old, children in the Compassion programme receive most of the care and benefits of programme in their own home. They are too young to participate in activities that take place at the project and so trained survival specialists visit them and their primary caregiver at home. They may attend group sessions at the local church. They’ll be supported to attend medical check-ups.
