Do you have experience delivering multiple projects of varying complexity using AGILE Scrum methodology within an organisation's framework? Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your skills with your passion to see children released from poverty in Jesus' name?
Compassion UK is recruiting for a Scrum Master to join our Project Management Team on a fixed term basis. You'll use your extensive knowledge and expertise to help deliver benefits for the organisation in front end applications that improve the digital journeys of our supporters, as well as looking at implementing new products.
Working with a mixed team of external developers and in-house specialists, a key role will be championing good practice in AGILE principles from discovery through to release: through team building, supporting and coaching individuals (including those who are new to AGILE) and improving our in-house guides.

Fleet is accessible from London Waterloo and some of our staff commute out each day. Our office is a 15 minute walk from Fleet train station. There are regular trains to and from London Waterloo and the journey takes around 40 minutes.
