I want to send a cheque to Compassion. What do I need to do?

If you’d like to send a cheque to Compassion, please make it payable to Compassion UK. So we know how you’d like us to use the money, please write the following on the back:

• Your reference number (found in your myCompassion, or on Compassion UK correspondence)
• The child you sponsor’s reference number (found in your myCompassion, or on Compassion UK correspondence)
• The purpose of the donation (e.g. birthday gift, disaster response, etc)

You can post your cheque to us for free by simply popping it in an envelope and writing the words ‘FREEPOST COMPASSION UK’ all in upper case on the front. You don’t need to include the address or a stamp, so you can put it straight in the post to us.
