Compassion take financial integrity very seriously. This means that at times we have to make very difficult decisions so that we can confidently say to our supporters that their donations are well used. If a project is struggling in this area we will work with them, support and train them over a period of months and set them goals for improvement. However, if steps are not taken for change or significant mis-use of funds is revealed, we may need to close the project.
