Although there is a maximum age for all children and young people in a country, not every project or community if able to provide activities that are appropriate for older young people. For example, not every project can give vocational courses that suit each child’s talents or leadership development for those gifted in that way. When a young persona has completed the programme available to them, Compassion will celebrate with them and they will leave the programme.
