What is our refunds policy?

Donations made to the charities are generally non-refundable and can only be refunded in exceptional circumstances as determined by Charity law. However, Compassion will carefully evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, considering any legal or moral grounds to return a donation which has been made. If a refund is granted, it will be issued using the same payment method as the original donation and may take up to 30 days to process.
