Can I send physical letters to the child I sponsor?

The quickest way to send a message to the child you sponsor is through your myCompassion account or via the Compassion UK App.

You can also handwrite letters. These are scanned and printed in the country where the child you sponsor lives. While you can use your own paper, the writing paper we provide includes a barcode that helps speed up processing.

If you choose to use your own stationery, please either attach a sheet of barcoded writing paper or include both your child's reference number and your Compassion reference number on each letter. This helps ensure your letter reaches the correct child.
