We want to enable you to connect with your sponsored child in the way that suits you best. We're delighted to send you copies of their letters in the post with writing paper for you to use to send your messages. But if you'd prefer only to receive digital copies of you sponsored child's letters, that's great too.

You can change your child letter preferences and continue to receive photos and magazines etc. in the post or you can sign up to receive all communications from Compassion UK digitally.

If you choose to go paperless we'll send you all communications, including letters and updates from your sponsored child, via myCompassion, email, the Compassion UK App and SMS. We'll no longer send you a physical magazine, child letters, or photos and updates by post. If you change your mind, you can opt back into paper at any time!
