Daxel after his brain surgery

Daxel after his brain surgery

22 February

Compassion Nicaragua is overjoyed to share the good news that Daxel’s tumour has significantly reduced in size. Praise God for this answer to prayer.

Please continue to pray for Daxel as he gains strength and looks to return to school and his Compassion project activities.

“The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love.” Psalm 103:8

13 January

Please join us in praying for Daxel, a young lad from Nicaragua. Daxel has a brain tumour and has been receiving chemotherapy. It’s been a difficult few months as he has lost significant weight and the tumour has affected his vision.

Yesterday, Daxel had major surgery to remove the growth. In the next couple of weeks, please remember Daxel in your prayers and pray for:

  • Protection as he recovers in intensive care.
  • The surgery to be a success.
  • God’s peace for Daxel and his family. That they would know God as their loving Father during this time.
