The stunning 'Any Girl' photography exhibition is running right now at the International Headquarters of the Salvation Army. 'Any Girl' tells the story of 10 girls living in the Mathare and Gatina slum communities in Nairobi and rural Mashuru. It documents the struggles they face and the joys they share, not just with each other, but with any girl, anywhere.
"The one thing you *need* to see this month," says Marie Claire. The exhibition is open Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm until November 28 in Gallery 101 in the cafe. Not open at weekends except for Saturday 12 November for the Lord Mayor's show.
Join Jeff Lucas for his ‚ÄúThere are no ordinary people tour‚ÄĚ. An unforgettable evening of storytelling, theatre, music and mirth.¬†Tracing the story of Barnabas, a largely overlooked character who contributed so much to the life of the early church, the evening will call you to live the everyday life in a beautiful way.
