What did Compassion try to do?

Each project has a support worker assigned to them to oversee and guide the project team, known as Partnership Facilitators [PF]. The PF will have worked closely and sensitively with the project team to define the challenges, identify causes and build a development plan. This plan would have time bound steps and milestone e.g. training provided, reports submitted, recruitments made, additional visits. It is our desire to see every partnership flourish. However, where the local church team have lots the vision for the project or have different priorities, the required improvements may not have been made and the project may have to close.
