Obtain permission from your church leader

When you receive your Planning & Presentation Pack read through the information carefully. It's important to now obtain permission from your church leader or pastor to do a presentation in your church. Involving your leader as much as possible will help them feel more engaged with what you are doing and lead to a more successful event.

To help you with meeting your church leader, take out the Church Leaders Information envelope found in your Planning and Presentation Pack. It contains a letter, guide to Compassion Sunday and a copy of the Compassion Sunday film. Fill in the details on the front of the envelope and give it to your church leader.

Once your church leader is on board and you have agreed a date for your presentation, you can now register your event!
