Three brothers from three countries converging on one mountain for a once in a lifetime experience!
Peter - I'm the oldest of the three brothers, but still feel very young at heart. Having lived and worked in Switzerland for most of my life, mountain climbing is not new to me. Kilimanjaro however would be, along with the physical challenge that it would bring. I'm already looking forward to this experience, together with my brothers while at the same time making a contribution to what I see as a really worthy cause.
David - I am 50 years old, married with three children and live and work in Luxembourg. I am a keen long distance runner and am delighted to have the opportunity to climb Kilimanjaro, something I have dreamed about for many years. I am thrilled that this can be combined with raising money for a worthy charity.
Paul - I am the youngest of the three brothers and probably the least fit! I'm living in Dublin. I am really looking forward to the challenge that Kilimanjaro will bring and raising money for a great cause.

In March 2012 Peter, Paul and David Steinegger plan to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, which at 5,895m is the highest free standing mountain in the world, and the 4th highest of the world's seven summits.
Fundraising Target: £6,000
We are doing this to raise money for Compassion, an international Christian based child development charity. The aim of the sponsorship is to enable young people in Kenya to attend university, through Compassion's Leadership Development Programme. These students have already overcome exceptional obstacle in their lives to get to where they are today.
Your sponsorship will help provide these students with a university education, living allowance and leadership training and mentoring. This can only be done with your support. Any contribution you can make will be very gratefully received.
