Christian and Family Life
Where and at what age did you accept Christ? At church at 14 years of age.
Describe your family life: I am the youngest of four children. I grew up in Kisumu in a one-bedroom house. I have one brother and one sister. My family is Christian and we believe in God. My brother, who is the youngest, provides for us because my mother does not work. I live in a slum called Nyalenda in Kisumu.
Describe your childhood community environment: I grew up in Kisumu and went to a primary school nearby where I made friends with some of the students who happened to be sponsored at my former child development center. Some of the challenges I faced during this time were moving from one school to another after my father passed away and making new friends.
What is your vision for your time in the LDP? Why do you want to study leadership? My vision is to become a leader, bring others to Christ and disciple them. I want to study leadership because I believe that I have been chosen. I also want to serve others both spiritually and socially.
